Queen City Baseball League – Safety & Facility Notice
Sports facilities — whether outdoor fields or indoor courts — naturally involve certain risks. By entering or participating in a Queen City Baseball League event, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Facility conditions may vary: Walking surfaces, seating areas, bleachers, and stairways can differ in design, construction, and upkeep.
Accidental collisions or falls may occur: Players and spectators may slip, trip, or fall, or encounter objects left behind by others.
Flying equipment and objects are part of the game: Balls, bats, gloves, or other items may be hit or thrown unexpectedly.
Unforeseen hazards may arise: Players, coaches, or spectators may unintentionally create unsafe conditions without the knowledge of Queen City Baseball League, LLC.
This list is not exhaustive. Other risks may exist. For your safety, please remain alert to the action on the field, watch for objects in play, and follow any public safety announcements during QCBL events.
